/connect/v1/deprovision/{client_id}

Offboarding from the connected platform (HR system, LMS): free the person's seat.

Same trust model as launch: a JWT signed with the connector's registered key. It must
carry purpose: "deprovision" so a launch assertion can never be replayed to remove
someone. Idempotent; revokes the binding, ends its sessions and releases the seat.

Authenticated by a signed assertion from the connected platform.
